Enigma Pictures, based out of Lancaster, PA, was founded in 2011 by writer, director, editor, filmmaker, Charles Tyler Hurst. This high school student has since written and directed dozens of short sketches for Conestoga Valley High School’s morning show, WCVH, as well as directed a number of amature protional videos.
